1. Service Overview

SSMPL – Solution Security Management Private Limited provides professional Security Guarding and Housekeeping services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the site, requirements, and contact details. You affirm that you have the authority to authorize work at the specified location.

3. Service Engagement

• Booking: Services are confirmed only after the acceptance of a formal quotation and receipt of any required advance payment.
• Scheduling: Staff shifts and deployment schedules will be mutually agreed upon prior to commencement.
• Cancellations: Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.

4. Payments & Pricing

Pricing is based on the scope of work, number of personnel, and duration of service. Invoices are raised as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services depending on the contract terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• A safe working environment for our staff.
• Access to necessary facilities (restrooms, water) for deployed personnel.
• Clear instructions regarding site-specific protocols or hazards.

6. Company Responsibilities

We commit to deploying trained, verified, and uniformed personnel. We supervise our staff regularly to ensure high standards of service delivery and conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide maximum protection and care, SSMPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by our personnel, subject to the limits of applicable laws.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a prior notice period as defined in the specific service contract (typically 30 days). Immediate termination may occur in case of breach of terms or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
